Job Description
OCC was founded in **** and is a part of the Protech Group, one of Australia's largest privately owned recruitment and labour hire firms, servicing clients across Mining, Civil, Maintenance and Construction.
We are looking for a State Manager to work out of our Seven Hills (NSW) office, driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
This role will be responsible for building and leading a team to deliver high-quality service delivery to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and clearly communicate business goals and performance targets.
Proactive sales and business development initiatives.
Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
Monitor ad report on business performance metrics, with proactive action plans for improvement areas.
Performance management and enablement of team.
Manage budget and cost control, in line with strategic plans.
Provide strong stakeholder satisfaction and monitor for areas to improve.
Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of the recruitment and labour hire industry.
Proven ability to interpret and drive business financials.
Strong leadership skills and ability to enable strong team capability.




Proven ability to deliver and manage sales, budgeting and business planning.
Prior experience in people and business management.
Relationship focused with a self-driven solution-oriented mindset.
