About the Role
As a Carer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice. You will work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care.
Opportunities across Palmwoods, Coolum, Burnside and Nambour
Morning, afternoon and night shifts available across a seven-day roster
Adaptable part-time opportunities based on operational requirements
What You'll Do
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
Support residents' emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs
Deliver care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Assist with meals, hydration and linen management
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Follow infection control and workplace health and safety practices
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Contribute to a safe,



respectful and resident-focused environment
What You'll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or an equivalent qualification
Demonstrated experience in aged care
Strong understanding of the ageing process and dementia care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
Mandatory Requirements
National Police Check
Pre-employment medical assessment
