Understanding and experience of safe manual handling procedures.
Previous experience in Front of House, event operations, function set-up, or a similar customer-focused role is desirable.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and positively with patrons, performers, hirers, and colleagues.
A reliable and punctual work ethic, with a strong commitment to attendance and meeting rostered shift requirements.
Proven ability to complete work tasks accurately and within specifiedtimeframes.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the successful delivery of events and performances.
Flexibility to work a broad range of hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with shiftsoperating between 6.00am and *****pm.
Ability to set up and prepare theatre, function, and event spaces to required specifications and deadlines.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take direction and support changing operational requirements.
