As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience—serving up expertly crafted beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, stylish bar environment. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and warm hospitality will help create memorable moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
n
Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision
n
Maintain cleanliness and setup of the bar and surrounding areas
n
Stock and replenish supplies including ice, glassware, and garnishes
n
Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift banking duties
n
Secure all alcohol and bar equipment at the end of each shift
n
Follow RSA and safety guidelines at all times
n
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
n
Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous bartending experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
n
Current NSW RSA certification
n




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
n
A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
n
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends
