Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day‐to‐day management of a residential property portfolio
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally and promptly
Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
Conduct routine and open house inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
Support arrears management
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Provide high-level customer service to clients
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year experience
in residential property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities




Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
Familiarity with property management software (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth
