THE ROLE
This is a genuine dual role.
You will manage your own portfolio while reviewing and signing off complex work across the wider team.
Day to day you will:
Own and grow a portfolio of around twenty significant business services and tax clients
Review and sign off complex tax and technical matters from the team, mentoring as you go
Lead ATO negotiations, audit management and Small Business Restructures
Supervise and develop a team of six, including senior and intermediate accountants
Work alongside the partners on the firm's most complex and interesting matters, including forensic,



litigation and advisory work
ABOUT YOU
Robust technical background in complex business services and tax at a reputable firm
Confident dealing directly with the ATO
Proven leadership, comfortable supervising and reviewing a small team
Ambitious and commercially minded, genuinely motivated by partnership
A clear, confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is available for this role)
