Job Description
This role is based at 246 Vincent St Leederville.
Key responsibilities
You will lead the day-to-day operations of the portfolio business services function, ensuring high team performance and alignment with strategic priorities and operational objectives.
You will build strong strategic relationships and champion best-practice project management frameworks, ensuring effective governance, budget, risk, assurance and compliance practices across infrastructure projects.
Working closely with creative industries, state sporting organisations, local governments, and key stakeholders across government and industry, you will influence projects at every stage – from early planning and feasibility through to delivery and transition to operations.

What you need
We are looking for a strategic, cooperative and outcomes-focused leader with strong portfolio or project management experience, excellent stakeholder skills and a proven ability to drive improvement in complex infrastructure, construction, or government environments.
