Key responsibilities
As the Estimator, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by preparing and developing accurate estimates, tender documentation, and specifications.
Preparing detailed cost estimates and project specifications.
Developing and coordinating tender submissions.
Analysing project requirements, drawings, and technical documentation.
What you need
Relevant qualifications or trade-based experience in estimating, tender development, construction, or a related field.
Experience preparing cost estimates and tender documentation.
Robust proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
