Candidate requirements

Have previous experience working in a customer service role or warehouse role
n
Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
n
Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
n
Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs
n
Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
n
Be self-motivated, a good problem solverand adaptable
n
Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient and reliable
n
Be able to lift boxes (up to 15 + 20kg)

Key responsibilities
n

Pick, pack and dispatch online orders
n
Lead,



support and coordinate the pick and pack team to ensure smooth daily operations
n
Pick, pack and dispatch wholesale orders
n
Maintain accurate inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stocktakes
n
Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure products are easy to locate, access and pick
n
Receive incoming stock deliveries, allocate storage locations and ensure stock is put away
n
Monitor and replenish warehouse consumables, including boxes, satchels, labels, tape and stationery
n
Maintain a clean, protected and organised warehouse and dispatch area
n
Identify and implement improvements to warehouse, inventory and dispatch processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
n
Process customer returns/requests, inspect returned stock and ensure inventory records are updated correctly
