About the role
n
We are looking for an Industrial Senior Property Manager to manage anindustrial portfolio across Western Sydney. The portfolio includes sixmain assets, including a major development site that is expected to become abusiness park when complete. This role offers scope to grow, with a potential pathwaytowards a General Manager position as the development progresses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day to day operationsof a diverse industrial property portfolio across Western Sydney.
n
Build and maintain
strongrelationships
with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
n
Lead and support
facilitiesmanagement
activities,



working closely with two Facilities Managers and thebroader support team.
n
Oversee property budgets,reporting, maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
n
Conduct regular site inspectionsand ensure assets are operating efficiently and delivering strongoutcomes.
n
Support the management of asignificant development site as it transitions into a future businesspark.
