You will be supporting participants with complex needs in a structured SIL home with a robust focus on safety, dignity, and person‐centred practice. Shifts include
active
night shifts (1:2 ratio) no sleepovers,
morning
and
afternoon
shifts (1:1 ratio), and some community access with work van supplied.
We are seeking capable, confident workers who can commence training on 14 September **** as part of our early intake round. You will be trained and supported to implement Behaviour Support Plans, PEG care and medication administration, bowel management, and mealtime management plans. All training is client‐specific and delivered by an experienced team.
Key responsibilities
Support participants with complex and high‐intensity needs in a Supported Independent Living environment
Implement Behaviour Support Plans
Provide PEG care and medication administration




Implement mealtime management plans
Work active night shifts (1:2 ratio) with no sleepovers
Work morning and afternoon shifts (1:1 ratio)
Provide community access support using work van
About you
Demonstrated experience with high‐intensity, complex clients or transferable skills from AIN, nursing, Cert IV completion, OT, RN, or Allied Health student pathways
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Current driver's licence
Strong communication skills and ability to work within and contribute to a team
Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to participant wellbeing
Small, supportive team environment
Immediate start with structured onboarding
Client‐specific training provided
Work vehicle supplied for community access
