What you'll do




Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to vehicle handover
Keep customers updated on repair progress and service needs
Manage bookings, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently
Meet personal and team targets while maintaining high CSI scores
Help customers drive away happy - every time!
What you'll bring
Proven customer service experience (automotive preferred)
Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer care
Experience with EraPower DMS or Xtime (highly regarded)
A current driver's licence and qualified presentation
