We recently relocated to a purpose-built, state of the art facility, designed to support our growing operations and expanding customer base across Victoria.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Topform, A leading provider in the Benchtop Making industry, a motivated and skilled individual, Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our production team, your role will also be responsible for manufacturing & finishing high quality components for kitchens, as well as Commercial Projects.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILTIES:
Good communication in the workplace

Reliable and punctual
Examine drawings / work orders and sample parts to determine specifications
Selecting and working with materials such as timber, veneers, particle board, synthetic wood and other engineered wood products
Work from drawings and specifications to make cabinetry
Assembling parts to form sections of cabinets and furniture and completed articles
Fitting hinges, locks catches, drawers and shelves + other hardware
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Monitor machinery during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
Work safely in the construction industry
Prepare for cabinet installation
Identify processes in kitchen and bathroom projects
Determine requirements for installation of cabinets
Set up,



operate and maintain basic static machines
Apply manufactured board conversion techniques
Prepare cutting list from plans and job specification
Select and apply hardware
Apply quality standards
Ensure work is completed to specifications and plans to company quality standards
Follow lawful instruction given to you by the company's management
Undertake other related duties as required by the Company

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certificate III Cabinet Making and one year work experience or 3 Years experience in Cabinet Making.
Forklift license is not a requirement, but a Bonus!
WHAT WE CAN OFFER:
Immediate start, FULL TIME role (Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & Friday 7:30am -2pm)
