Young Minds Academy – Hamlyn Terrace is open and we are looking for a Full Time, experienced Educational Leader who is Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. We are looking for someone who puts child safety first!

What we're looking for:
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
At least 2 years' experience in an early learning setting
n
Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
n
A team player with a positive attitude
n
Current First Aid and Working With Children Check
n
HLTAID012 Child Care First Aid certification is required
n
Child Protection and Gecko training is mandatory
n
Permanent residency in Australia
n
n
In this role you will:
n

Create and deliver engaging,



play-based learning programs
n
Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan, reflect and improve programs
n
Document children's learning and development
n
Ensure child safety in all practice
n
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
n
Support and mentor other team members
n
n
