with a strong pipeline of exciting projects. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated
Administration and Payroll Officer
to join our team and support our finance and administration functions.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow alongside a energetic company.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
– Processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
Payroll
– Assisting with weekly/fortnightly payroll processing and employee records
General Administration
– Supporting day-to-day office tasks and coordination
Basic HR Support
– Assisting with onboarding, employee records, and compliance
Asset Management
– Tracking and maintaining company assets and registers
Record Keeping & Bookkeeping
– Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
About You:
Qualification
in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field
2 years' experience




in a similar role (civil construction industry experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – knowledge of accounting software an advantage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn –
basic training will be provided
Adaptive and able to work effectively in a
fast-paced industry
Ability to work well in a small, close-knit team
