Oversee daily operations
Lead the front‐of‐house team
Staff training and development
Rostering
Maintain high service and presentation standards
Manage busy services
Resolve customer issues
Work closely with the owners and kitchen team
About you
Organised and reliable
Confident managing a team
Willing to lead from the floor
Strong communication and leadership skills essential
Previous cafe or restaurant management experience
