The Gaming Supervisor will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor, including customer experience, staff supervision, gaming compliance, cash handling, presentation and opening/closing procedures.
We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable and proactive with strong attention to detail and understands that compliance, customer service and gaming-floor presentation are equally important.
This is a rotating roster position and requires flexibility to work day, night, and weekend
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the gaming floor and ensure smooth service throughout the shift
Maintain a high standard of customer service and experience
Ensure the gaming room is clean, organised, safe and presented to a high standard at all times
Ensure food and beverage service is maintained appropriately within venue procedures
Supervise and support gaming staff during shifts
Support responsible conduct of gambling and harm-minimisation practices
Assist with cash handling, cash reconciliation and gaming-related financial procedures
Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and securely
Ensure the venue remains compliant with company standards and relevant NSW liquor and gaming requirements
Experience & Skills Required
Previous experience in a gaming venue is essential.




A minimum of 1 year of experience in a gaming management, supervisory,
or similar leadership roles is preferred
If you don't have management experience, a minimum 2 years of experience as a Gaming Attendant is required
Current RSA / RCG / Advanced RCG and other relevant gaming qualifications/competencies as required
Strong knowledge of NSW gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to confidently manage a gaming floor and make decisions during busy periods
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Ability to remain calm and qualified when dealing with difficult customers or situations
Hands-on management experience across gaming and venue operations
A professional and team-focused working environment
