The Opportunity
SEE Group have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a WHS Advisor and play a key role in shaping a strong, positive safety culture across the business. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll have the opportunity to work across a agile environment, build strong relationships with people at all levels, and make a genuine impact through continuous improvement and best-practice safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
Providing onsite support, upskilling and facilitation of incident investigations and risk assessments.




Partnering with project team to support proactive management of key health and safety risks and providing advice in line with WHS Management System.
Conduct WHS Audits and report on findings
Implementation and WHS strategies, initiatives, training and coaching.
Coordination of site-based health and wellbeing initiatives.
Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities in all areas of the WHS function.
Essential Skills and Attributes
Hold a Diploma in WHS and Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE) (desirable)
Previous experience on Civil Construction projects
