Supervisor / Business Development Manager responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining business opportunities alongside a general hire portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Positively identify, develop, convert and maintain business opportunities alongside general hire portfolio
n
Manage the full sales and hire cycle, with original site inspection carried out then subsequent inspections during the project to identify growth opportunities
n
Stay informed on industry developments
n
Carry out lift plans and procedures, SWMS and any other site specific paperwork required
n
Communicate confidently with customers and staff
n
Work with a small family business who value their employees
n
About you
n
Previous crane experience a necessity, at least C6
n
Computer skills in Excel, Word, OneNote and emails
