The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic and results-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role focuses purely on candidate management, service delivery and client support - zero sales required.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and onboarding candidates for a variety of opportunities
Running individual and group interviews (online and/or face-to-face)
Ensuring all documentation, pre-employment checks, compliance checks, inductions and training are completed and recorded




Partnering with clients to deeply understand their recruitment needs and challenges (no sales required!)
Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
Database management of candidate, client and job information
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Achieving operational and customer service excellence, meeting time-to-fill targets and excelling in candidate and client care
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following
1 year+ previous recruitment experience
FastTrack 360 experience (a bonus, not a must)
Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking
Driven, self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
