As a Chef at the Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. This full-time position is based in our kitchen located in Mount Warren Park, QLD 4207.

What you'll be doing
Assisting the Head Chef in the overall management and operation of the kitchen
Supervising and training the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Coordinating the daily food preparation
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and implement current menu items
Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests

What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality or catering environment
Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
Excellent time management and organisational skills




Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Food safety and hygiene certification
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
