As our
Training & Support Team Leader
, you'll lead a team of Training & Support Officers across our Dandenong warehouse operations, helping them deliver exceptional support, build capability, and create environments where Supported Employees can grow in confidence, develop workplace skills and succeed.
This is a role for someone who loves developing people, solving problems, building strong teams and being part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven workplace.
What you'll do
Lead, coach and support a team of Training & Support Officers
Drive a culture that celebrates strengths, builds confidence and promotes inclusion
Support Supported Employees to achieve their employment goals
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, quality and productivity outcomes
Champion safe work practices and continuous improvement
Manage incidents, wage assessments, audits and compliance activities
Work closely with Coordinators and leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes
This role is perfect for the kind of leader who brings energy to a team, sees potential in people, and knows how to balance operational outcomes with genuine person-centred support,
You'll bring:




Leadership experience within disability services, supported employment, community services, warehousing, manufacturing or a similar environment
Confidence coaching, mentoring and developing others
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
