We are seeking a friendly and efficient Online Dispatch Assistant to join our team at Swimwear Galore in the Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is a seasonal casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your needs. As our Online Dispatch Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring our online orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
The Day In The Life
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online customer orders in a timely and skilled manner
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Receive, unpack, and coordinate incoming stock at store level
Support general retail operations as needed, including processing customer refunds and assisting to customer enquiries when required
The Experience
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in a customer service or retail role




Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving skills
