Key responsibilities

Taking orders accurately, running tabs, and processing payments using point-of-sale systems
Assisting with bar opening and closing procedures, restocking, and maintaining strict hygiene standards
Setting up spaces for daily trading and private functions
About you
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)
Proven background in a fast-paced bar, pub, or bistro workplace
Explicit communication and strong multitasking abilities
