Your New Role
This is a delivery-focused role. All training content and materials have already been developed, allowing you to focus on facilitation, learner engagement, and knowledge transfer. You'll deliver training across:
Leadership and operational roles
Train-the-Trainer programs
Supervisor and coordinator training
Workforce capability initiatives




Training is delivered both face-to-face and virtually, with group sizes typically up to 20 participants.
You'll bring:
Experience delivering training, learning or facilitation programs, including use of Learning Management Systems.
LMS environment experience
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence delivering new and complex content
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to engage experienced participants and subject matter experts
A proactive, adaptable and organised approach
Highly Regarded
Electoral sector experience
Government or public sector experience
Operational, compliance or procedural training experience
Virtual and classroom facilitation experience
