Job Description
Oaks R Suites Geelong is seeking a full time Night Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and deliver warm, professional service.
You will guide guests through check-ins/outs, share local tips, and ensure memorable experiences in a friendly environment.
Responsibilities include managing reservations, communicating clearly across channels, and assisting guests with personalised recommendations.
Shifts are *****pm–6.00am, 38 hours per week, with penalties for weekends.
