Hours: 37.5 hours per week excluding meal breaks.

The Archive building is open to staff between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Digitisation Operative ;

The advertised activity includes the digitization of historical documents and the quality control of the resulting digital copies as a member of our digitization team. Furthermore, preparatory work for the digitization of the documents may be required. The place of employment is mainly located.

Requirements:
The willingness to acquire digitization techniques
The ability to work independently and accurately
Initiative and ability to work in a team
Care in handling historical documents
Positive knowledge of spoken and written German
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of historical manuscripts is an advantage
Experience in dealing with historical documents is an advantage
