What you will do
As senior manager, redress operations, you will lead two redress schemes.
You will guide staff, oversee daily work and provide advice on complex issues.
You will:
lead askilledteam to deliver high-quality redress services.
guidecomplexoperational work, reviews, complaints and privacy matters.
provideclearadvice to senior leaders on scheme operations and risks.
overseesounddecisions, budgets, records and reporting across both schemes.
leadongoingimprovements to policies, processes and services for applicants.
About you
A tertiary qualification in social services, business and/or public administration is highly desirable.




You also need at least five years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
You should also have:
senior leadershipexperience in complex service delivery settings.
robust skills instaff managementand improving team performance.
the ability to applycomplex rulesand authorisations to operational decisions.
strongjudgement and communicationskills when handling difficult issues.
