170 well-managed properties
Supported by a
shared Property Management Assistant
No viewings
– handled by our dedicated Leasing Consultant
No new management prospecting
– we have a BDM for that
No end-of-month trust accounting
– managed by our Trust Manager
No Property Condition Reports
– outsourced to professionals
No routine inspections
– handled by our in-house Inspection Team
This role allows you to focus on what you do best:
building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service

What You'll Need
Current WA Certificate of Registration (DMIRS)
– essential
Previous experience
in Real Estate / Property Management – minimum 6–12 months required




Strong computer literacy – experience with
Property Tree, Process Street, and Inspect Real Estate
is highly desirable
Excellent
time management and attention to detail
Professional presentation
and solid
communication skills
