Nudgee Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic
Chef/Cook
to join our friendly clubhouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for

—with minimal nights and a strong work–life balance.

32 hours per week
Mostly morning and lunch shifts
, usually finishing around
3pm
Minimal night work

Your Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook our daily menu for members and guests
Create fresh sandwiches, rolls, and wraps daily
Cater for seminars, functions, and corporate golf days
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met
Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver great service
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a
Chef or Cook
in a hospitality environment
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation
High attention to detail with a robust commitment to food safety
A team player who performs well in a busy service environment
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to members' needs
