We are partnering with a well-established professional services organisation based in Brisbane CBD to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their growing People & Culture team.

About the Role
n
Working closely with the broader People & Culture team, you'll provide hands‐on support across the employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities.
n

Providing HR administration and coordination support across the employee lifecycle
n
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
n
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
n
Preparing HR documentation, correspondence and reports
n
Assisting with recruitment and pre‐employment processes
n
Supporting employee queries and general HR enquiries
n
Assisting with HR projects and initiatives
n
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team
n
Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working
n

About You
n

Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or People & Culture support role
n
A good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
n
A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
n
A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your HR career
