You'll be working with a strong flow of inbound enquiries and referrals, understanding customer needs, building trust and confidently guiding them through to a decision.
You'll also play an important role in the local community, building relationships with branches and referral partners and representing the organisation professionally.

About the role
You'll manage customers through the full sales journey — from initial enquiry through to conversion.
Following up on warm leads and managing your pipeline
Building rapport and understanding individual needs
Explaining products and the benefits of planning ahead




Converting leads into sales and confidently closing
Handling objections and customer hesitation with empathyIdentifying buying signals and knowing when to progress the conversation
Building robust relationships with local branches and referral partners
Attending branches regularly to remain visible and connected
Supporting community engagement and local initiatives
About you
Proven experience in consultative sales
A strong track record of converting warm or inbound leads
Confidence in closing sales and asking for the business
Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills
Strong follow-up and pipeline management
The ability to build trust quickly
Commercial drive and a proven ability to achieve targets
High emotional intelligence and maturity
The ability to navigate sensitive conversations with care
A calm, professional and well-presented manner
Confidence working autonomously across your local territory
A current unrestricted driver's licence
Experience across life insurance, financial planning, membership sales or other high-value consultative sales environments will be highly regarded.
