We are looking for
Concierge
to join the Front Office Department at Novotel Melbourne on Collins:
You will be responsible for welcoming guests, carrying luggage, parking and retrieval of guest cars, escorting guests to their rooms, explaining the facilities of the hotel, providing tourism information and dining/entertainment recommendations to our Guests.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Hold a current, unrestricted Full Australian Driver Licence
The ability to work a versatile 7-day roster.
Well-presented with a natural ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
Strong focus and passion for hotel operations
Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
