Sagemcom is seeking a Melbourne-based IT/IoT support engineer to join the local Smart-Metering team. You will coordinate production operations and testing, analyze incidents, and work with offshore R&D; teams across France, Tunisia and Hungary to diagnose and restore services efficiently.
Responsibilities include supporting customer operations, running integration tests, and documenting results for all stakeholders.
