The Royal Melbourne Hospital – Parkville VIC
Ward 7B is a specialised 32-bed Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplant unit providing care to patients with acute leukaemia, non-malignant haematological disorders, and those undergoing allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. The ward also cares for patients across the VCCC Alliance and offers a highly supportive clinical environment with dedicated Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Resource Nurses and Health Assistants in Nursing.
As a Grade 2 Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centred nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients through often complex and challenging treatment journeys. You will be responsible for delivering safe, timely and holistic care, whilst contributing to a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous learning.

About You
Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated clinical assessment, prioritisation and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of reliability, professionalism and commitment to patient-centred care.
Commitment to living RMH values and contributing to a psychologically secure and supportive workplace.
Experience in haematology and/or bone marrow transplant nursing.
Postgraduate qualification in cancer nursing or a related specialty.
