The Role Support Worker /n

Support participants in SIL homes and the community to live independently.

You’ll assist with:

Daily living & personal care

/n
Community access & transport

/n
Household tasks & meal preparation

/n

/n

You’ll be supporting individuals with complex needs — so resilience, empathy and professionalism are essential.

Empathetic, reliable and versatile (Must be able to work sleepovers)

Robust documentation skills - Digital shift notes & Incident Reports

/n
Cert III preferred (not essential for the right candidate)

Experience preferred

QLD Working with Children Card (No Card/No Start)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)

First Aid & CPR

Valid Driver’s Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
