Role: Commissioning Manager

I am partnering with a well known EPC to hire a Commissioning Manager based out of the Northern Suburbs depot. This position will have about 20 HV testers reporting into leads and then into this role (Commissioning Manager).
About The Role:
The Commissioning Manager is responsible for directly managing and leading the Field Testing team by overseeing the scheduling of works, allocating resources, approving timesheets, managing the on-call roster, providing technical advice, promoting a safety-first and team culture and ensuring the Testing Team has all required tools, resources and processes in place to perform their works safely and efficiently.
This includes being responsible for developing documentation for all pre-commissioning and commissioning tests in a consistent manner via a maintained ITP library. Reviewing and approving cost estimates for commissioning activities, commissioning schedules, ITPs and ITP Registers, staging and cut-over plans etc.
