Treehouse Early Learning Marsden – Marsden QLD
Are you an experienced early childhood professional who loves being organised, supporting families and educators, and being part of the day-to‐day life of a busy centre?
We are looking for a full-time Administration & 3IC to join our team at Treehouse Early Learning Marsden.
This is a unique combined role that offers the best of both worlds - dedicated administration time each day, while still being actively connected to our children, educators and centre operations.

Maintaining accurate enrolment and centre records

Supporting educator-to-child ratios across the service
Acting as a Responsible Person when required
Supporting educators with professional practice and service expectations
Helping maintain high standards of supervision, safety and compliance
Supporting the implementation of policies and procedures
Assisting with National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
Helping solve day-to-day challenges as they arise
Maintaining positive relationships with children, families and educators
Stepping onto the floor and supporting rooms when needed
Why You'll Love Working With Us
At Treehouse Early Learning Marsden, we believe that a strong centre starts with a strong team.
We want our educators and leaders to feel supported, appreciated and genuinely part of the service.
When you join our team, you will have:
A role where you can make a genuine difference every day
Dedicated administration time rather than trying to complete everything while on the floor
The opportunity to be part of the centre leadership team
Close support and collaboration with the Director
Opportunities to develop your administration, leadership and operational experience
The ability to contribute ideas and help improve centre systems and processes
A workplace where teamwork and communication are valued
Regular staff celebrations, appreciation events and team-building opportunities
The chance to build meaningful relationships with our children and families
A varied role where no two days are exactly the same
We are continually working to create a positive workplace where our team feels recognised for the important work they do.
We want someone who will feel comfortable bringing ideas forward, getting involved and becoming a valued member of our Treehouse community.
Who We're Looking For
We would love to meet someone who is:
Organised, confident and proactive
Approachable and qualified
Friendly and welcoming with families
Able to build positive relationships with educators
Comfortable taking initiative and making decisions
Able to manage competing priorities
Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
Calm and solution-focused in a busy environment
Someone who enjoys being part of a team rather than working separately from it
You will ideally:
Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
Have previous experience working in an early childhood service
Have leadership or senior educator experience
Have experience with childcare administration, enrolments and family accounts
Have an understanding of CCS administration
Have a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
Have strong computer and communication skills
Be confident using childcare management systems
Be available to work 5 days per week
Have flexible availability across the centre's operating hours
Experience using Xplor, TANDA and Storypark preferred but not required
If you are looking for a role where you can grow your leadership experience, use your administration skills and still remain connected to children, families and educators, this could be the perfect next step for you.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team, contribute to our centre and grow with us.
