Location: Several locations across Victoria (Melbourne CBD, Richmond, Middle Park, Windsor) Experience Required: Qualifications + min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for a temporary work visa will be considered for eligible candidates.
Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include Collaborated with chefs to plan and develop menus Coordinated and organized special events and functions
Managed purchasing and pricing of goods in alignment with budgetary constraints Maintained accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions Ensured compliance with health regulations and upheld cleanliness,



functionality, and overall presentation of dining areas
Engaged with customers to evaluate satisfaction with food and service Recruited, trained, and supervised both waitstaff and kitchen personnel Assisted with front-of-house duties, including taking reservations, welcoming guests, and supporting order-taking when needed
