About the role - State Sales Manager (Queensland)
We are seeking a high-performing and highly motivated
State Sales Manager
to lead and grow our Queensland operations, based in Brisbane.
This is a leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance, customer relationships, team management, and day-to-day operations within the state. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing strong relationships with key customers, and building a high-performing sales and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all sales and operational activities across Queensland




Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to achieve growth targets
Build, mentor, and manage the state sales and warehouse teams
Maintain and grow relationships with key customers, builders, stonemasons, and industry partners
Ensure excellent customer service standards and brand representation
Work closely with head office and senior management on reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning
About You
Proven experience in a sales or management role
Experience with volume builders and medium density builders
Experience in the stone, construction materials, or building industry is highly regarded (but not essential)
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Commercially minded with a hands-on approach
Highly organised, self-motivated, and results driven
