Your role will include working alongside our Practice Nurse Coordinator, a diverse patient community, Admin staffand Doctors.
We are looking for someone who is forward thinking and initiates recent ideas. We want someone who can easily adapt to the changing face of General Practice and will enjoy the challenge of being part of this happy team.
Our priority is that Patients feel cared for and supported.
Main responsibilities may include:
Assisting doctors with minor procedures, triage, vaccinations, wound management and stock control.
Activities focused on individual patients (e.g, assessments and diabetes management).
Organization responsibilities (e.g, managing recall and reminder systems and patient registers, and patient education materials).
Active involvement in both the practice and the community (including communication, prevention planning and coordination, liaison and advocacy.)
Experience in Primary Care Chronic Disease Management and General Practice software (preferably PracSoft/Medical Director). Childhood Immunisation schedule background.
