About the Role:
We are seeking passionate Mental Health Support Workers to provide person-centered care to clients experiencing severe mental health challenges, dual diagnoses, trauma backgrounds, and complex behaviours. You will work in a supportive team to deliver high-quality care, promoting recovery, independence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to clients with complex mental health conditions
Implement and follow individualized care plans
Support clients in daily living activities, community engagement, and therapeutic programs
Manage challenging behaviours using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches




Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For:
Minimum qualification, Cert IV in Mental Health / Disability support / Community Services
Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and behavioural management strategies
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Driver's license and reliable transport with comprehensive insurance
