We're seeking reliable and licensed Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis at Westfield Geelong.
As part of Trident's retail security team, you'll help create a safe and welcoming environment while working at one of Geelong's premier shopping destinations. This role is ideal for officers who enjoy customer interaction, quick decision-making, and working in a professional retail environment.
What you'll be doing
Deliver high-quality frontline customer service
Respond to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
Monitor safety risks and complete accurate incident reporting
Assist with crowd management and conflict de-escalation
Support centre operations and emergency response procedures




What you'll need
Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
