As a Service Sales Representative you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customers, helping them improve uptime and performance through tailored service and aftermarket solutions.

/n

Supporting customers across mining, industrial and production environments, you will play a key role in helping maximise uptime, reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.

You will be responsible for: /n

Managing and growing an existing customer base

/n
Selling service agreements, parts & aftermarket solutions

/n
Identifying prospects to improve customer equipment performance

/n
Building trusted, long-term relationships

/n
Conducting regular site visits and engaging face-to-face with customers across your territory

/n
Working closely with service technicians and internal teams

/n
Developing your territory and pipeline

/n

About the Candidate /n

/n
Experience in sales, customer service or account management

/n
A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust

/n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

/n




Commercial thinking and drive to achieve results

/n
Motivation to learn and grow in a technical workplace

/n
Highly regarded but not essential: Experience in mining, compressed air, or industrial environments, including HVAC, pumps, or mechanical/electrical systems
