About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised
Sales Administrator
to join our Greenfields team.
Reporting to and supporting our
Sales Manager – Greenfields
, you will play an integral role in keeping the sales function running smoothly. You will work closely with our Sales, Operations and Construction teams, as well as clients and land developers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, varied environment, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Greenfields sales team
Accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of systems
Assist with sales administration, reporting and documentation
Provide general office and administrative support
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally




Assist clients and land developers with enquiries and requests
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
Coordinate information between Sales, Operations and Construction
Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as required
Assist with maintaining an organised and efficient sales office
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
1–2 years' experience in residential construction administration
, with wholesale experience highly desirable
Previous experience with
ClickHome
, preferably within the building or residential construction industry
Experience working with
HubSpot
or similar CRM platforms
Experience within a
volume builder and/or land sales environment
is highly desirable
Solid
customer service capabilities
, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, land developers and internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal




Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Proficiency across the
Microsoft Office suite
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the broader team
The ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
