Corporate Receptionist
opportunities within leading law firms and professional services organisations.
These roles are ideal for
experienced Receptionists
who are immediately available and open to short-term assignments. Assignments can range from one-day cover through to several weeks, with some opportunities also available on a longer-term contract basis.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES
Depending on the assignment, you may be responsible for:
Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing meeting rooms and visitor arrivals




Coordinating couriers, deliveries and general reception requests
Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the smooth running of the office
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To be considered, you will have:
Ideally, experience within professional services, legal or another corporate environment
Immediate availability to start
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A polished and professional presentation
Corporate attire suitable for a skilled services environment
Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders
The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and systems
