Help more Australian households discover clean, safe water
Great Water Filters Australia is growing, and we're looking for a creative and commercially minded Content & Graphic Digital Marketer to join our team full-time.
For more than 33 years, Great Water Filters has helped Australian households improve the water they use for drinking, cooking, bathing and everyday life. With more than 35,000 installations across Australia, we provide whole house water filtration, under-sink systems, reverse osmosis and alkaline water solutions, supported by professional installation and ongoing customer care.
This role will help us communicate that value clearly, consistently and creatively across our digital channels.
The role
You'll take ownership of creating content that informs, engages and helps customers make confident decisions about their home water filtration options.
Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you'll plan and produce a mix of written, visual and digital content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, customer education and product growth.
Key responsibilities
Create engaging content for our website, blog, email campaigns and social media channels.
Design graphics for digital campaigns, social posts, advertisements, landing pages, Homeshow Banners, brochures and other marketing materials.
Capture and edit photo and video content for products, installations, customer stories and campaigns.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all marketing channels.
Develop content calendars and manage campaign content from concept through to publication.
Write clear,



helpful copy about whole house water filters, reverse osmosis, under-sink systems, installation and ongoing support.
Work with the marketing team to improve website content, search visibility and customer engagement.
Support paid digital advertising with campaign concepts, creative assets and copy variations.
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, timely and aligned with business goals.
What we're looking for
You'll be a strong fit for this role if you are a creative self-starter who combines positive design judgement with clear, practical writing.
You will ideally have:
Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, graphic design or a similar role.
A portfolio showing written content, graphic design and digital campaign work.
Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design tools.
Experience creating content & publishing for websites, social media, email and digital advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A good understanding of branding, content planning, SEO and social media best practice.
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A practical,



hands‐on approach and strong attention to detail.
Confidence working with feedback and collaborating across teams.
The ability to turn technical product information into clear, useful content for Australian homeowners.
Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, email marketing platforms, photography, video editing or paid social advertising will be highly regarded.
Sales experience to help when campaigns get busy, letting potential clients know about our unique features & benefits of our water filter range.
