About The Role
As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.
Due to growth, we are looking for Client Services Officers to join our Team at Myrtle Bank, Trott Park, Grange and Elizabeth East.
You'll Be a Team Player Who
Brings a friendly customer service to everyone - whether in person, on the phone or over email.
Keeps on top of paperwork - record keeping, filing, etc




Enjoys showcases our home to future residents and their families
Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
