THE COMPANY
Our client is a provides businesses with safety equipment, workwear and corporate wear. We currently are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to run the Marketing, Website upgrade and Events, full time from our Campbellfield office.

Key Responsibilities
Managing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
Website Upgrade and development
Tracking campaign performance metrics and preparing reports
Ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines
Maintaining the marketing budget and processing invoices
Organising promotional events and trade shows
Creating project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
Drafting and posting content for various social media platforms
Scheduling posts according to content calendars
Engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages
Monitoring brand mentions and managing online reputation
Conducting hashtag and keyword research for increased visibility
Analysing social media performance data and preparing reports




Collaborating with content creators to develop multimedia assets
Staying updated on platform algorithms and emerging trends
Assisting in managing paid advertising campaigns
Brainstorming and creating original campaign content ideas
Designing graphics, videos, and animations for social posts
Writing compelling captions optimised with hashtags and keywords
Researching trends to produce timely and relevant content
Testing creative approaches to improve engagement rates
Ideal Candidate
Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends
Experienced in Website upgrade and development
Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
Creative thinker with strong communication skills
Ability to manage community engagement professionally
Strong graphic design and/or video editing skills
Creativity with an eye for detail and brand consistency
Knowledge of current social media trends
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
Ability to manage budgets and coordinate multiple stakeholders
