The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Warehouse Supervisor
to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our
Melbourne (Knoxfield)
facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring all warehouse activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
You will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a strong safety culture within the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support warehouse staff, including storepersons and assemblers
Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control activities
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company safety procedures, and SOPs
Monitor forklift and equipment use, licensing,



and safe work practices
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
Liaise with branch management, sales, and transport providers
Address performance issues, provide coaching, and support training needs
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation
About You
You are a confident, practical leader with strong operational experience and a proactive approach to safety and performance.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team-leader role
Solid working knowledge of WHS obligations in a warehousing environment
Current LF forklift licence
Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
Strong communication and people-management skills
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments (highly regarded)
